What's the difference between staying in an apartment and in a hotel in São Paulo?
In a hotel, you have a room. In an apartment, you have a home. Our studios have a kitchenette so you can cook your own meals, check-in is digital and straightforward, and the vibe is much more intimate and private. It's more space, more freedom, and a value that makes sense.
How much does it cost to stay at Apê Smart Studios?
Daily rates starting from R$ 200. For long stays (housing), we have bi-weekly and monthly packages starting from R$ 1,900/month (rent expenses). No bureaucracy, no guarantor, no security deposit.
Can I buy a Smart Studio apartment?
No, our studios are not for sale. The apartment is 100% focused on rentals. You can stay with us on a Short Stay (short-term rentals) or Long Stay (bi-weekly or monthly packages) model.
How do I move into the apartment? Is it bureaucratic?
Zero bureaucracy! You can move in within 48 hours. We don't require a guarantor or security deposit. Payment is super easy (PIX or card) and the package price includes everything: rent, condo fees, property tax, water, electricity, and internet. Just bring your suitcases!
Does the Smart Studios Apartment accept pets?
Yes! We love pets. In São Paulo, we accept small pets (up to 10kg). At our Santos location (Gonzaga Beach), there's no size or quantity limit. Bring your golden retriever – we love them!
How does check-in work at the apartment? Do I need to go to reception?
No! Our check-in is digital. You receive instructions by email, arrive at the unit, enter the password on the electronic lock, and enter. Quick, secure, and without queues. However, most of our units have a 24-hour reception service on-site.
Is Apê Smart Studios better than a hotel in Santos?
Yes! Our unit in Santos (Gonzaga Beach) is just 100m from the beach, is 100% pet-friendly, and offers more space and privacy than a hotel. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach with the comfort of home.
