How much does a stay at Apê Smart Studios cost?
Rates from BRL 200/night. For long stays (monthly living), we have bi-weekly and monthly packages from BRL 1,900/month (rent + bills included). No bureaucracy, no guarantors, no rental bonds.
Can I buy an Apê Smart Studios unit?
No, our studios aren't for sale. Apê is 100% focused on rentals. You can stay with us on a Short Stay (nightly basis) or Long Stay (bi-weekly or monthly packages).
How do I move in to the Apê? Is it complicated?
Zero hassle! You can move in within 48 hours. No guarantors or rental bonds required. Payment is super easy (bank transfer or card), and the package price covers everything: rent, condo fees, council tax, water, electricity and internet. Just bring your bags!
Does Apê Smart Studios accept pets?
Yes! We love pets. In São Paulo we welcome small pets (up to 10 kg). At our Santos unit (Praia do Gonzaga) there are no size or number restrictions — bring your golden retriever, we'd love to meet them!
What is the check-in process? Do I need to go to reception?
Nope! Our check-in is fully digital. You receive instructions by email, arrive at the property, enter the code on the electronic lock, and you're in. Fast, secure, and queue-free. That said, most of our locations do have 24h on-site reception.
Is Apê Smart Studios better than a hotel in Santos?
Yes! Our Santos unit (Praia do Gonzaga) is just 100 m from the beach, fully pet-friendly, and offers more space and privacy than a traditional hotel. Perfect for enjoying the beach with all the comforts of home.
