How do I rent a studio at ApĂŞ Smart Studios to live in?
It's really simple! Just choose the location you want, get in touch with our team on WhatsApp (11) 3060-2775, send us the basic documentation, and make the payment. The whole process is digital and you can move in within 48 hours.
Do I need a guarantor or rental bond?
No! Apê Smart Studios offers zero-hassle rentals. We don't require a guarantor, rental bond, or excessive deposit.
What's included in the monthly package price?
Our packages are all-in, so there are no nasty surprises at the end of the month. The total includes: furnished studio rent, condo fees, council tax, and a bills package (covering water, electricity and Wi-Fi internet), plus 1 weekly clean (by appointment with the property management).
Do the studios come furnished?
Yes, 100% furnished and equipped! You'll have a comfortable bed, TV, air-conditioning, desk and chair for working from home, and a compact mini kitchen. Just bring your bags!
Note: hair dryers, pans, iron, and toiletries are only available for short-stay bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
To make your life easier, we accept payments by bank transfer or credit card.
Can I bring my pet to live with me?
In studios on monthly plans, pets are not permitted. This policy is in place to maintain the condition of the apartments over long stays.
What is the minimum contract length?
We offer total flexibility. We have bi-weekly (15-day) and monthly (30-day) packages. You can renew for as long as you need, without being tied to a 12 or 30-month contract like traditional letting agents.
What are the prices for linen and kitchen utensil kits?
For extra convenience, we offer optional kits:
Full Linen Kit — BRL 200 (2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 pillows, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel).
Duvet (optional) — BRL 50.
Kitchen Utensil Kit — BRL 100.
